Can I use AI Scan with my current quoting system?
Yes. The standalone AI Scan plan sends the itemised inventory and customer details to your business by email. Your team can use that information in its existing quoting process. You do not need the Business plan to use standalone AI Scan.
Is the inventory or volume estimate a final quote?
No. AI output is a starting point for review. Check item counts, dimensions, anything obscured in photos, and items that were not photographed. Your team also needs to confirm access, stairs, packing needs and other move requirements before setting a price.
What should customers include in their room photos?
Ask them to show the items they want moved clearly, with good lighting and views that avoid hiding furniture behind other objects. Photos cannot reliably show the contents of closed cupboards, boxes or drawers. Confirm those details and any unusual or oversized items with the customer.
Will Remlu automatically send my customer a quote?
No. The standalone AI Scan flow sends information to your business for review. Your team prepares and sends the quote through its own process, using its own rates and judgement.
How many scans do the included AI credits cover?
There is no fixed number of scans per allowance. Usage depends on the photos, rooms, inventory size and any repeat scans. The trial includes 2 million credits; each paid month includes 10 million. Monthly credits reset without rolling over. Optional AI Boost packs add 10 million credits for $29 including GST and are valid for 12 months.
How do the staff allowance and free trial work?
AI Scan includes 5 staff users plus a separate owner account. A 2-week free trial is included, with access approved through the private beta. Use the beta application on the Remlu homepage to request access.
What if I want the rest of Remlu as well?
