How quickly can we start?
Once your private beta access is approved, you can create your account and start using Remlu. Add your first job and configure your business settings as you go. You do not need a scheduled implementation or go-live appointment.
What are team accounts, and who are they for?
A team account is an individual login for an office administrator, salesperson, operations coordinator or crew member. Their role determines what they can see and do. Team accounts are not limited to crew members.
AI Scan includes 5 staff user logins. Business includes unlimited staff user logins, with or without the AI add-on. Every plan also includes a separate owner account outside this allowance.
Do crew members without a login count towards my allowance?
Business includes unlimited staff user logins. Crew records used for scheduling are separate from logins. AI Scan includes 5 staff user logins for its scanning tools and does not include scheduling.
What does the truck limit mean?
Business includes 3 active trucks. Each additional truck costs $5/month, with or without the AI add-on. The limit applies to active trucks managed in your fleet, not the number of bookings. Each truck can be scheduled across multiple jobs. Archived vehicles do not count towards the active-truck limit.
What does AI inventory help with?
AI Scan includes AI scan links and the AI volume calculator, with the itemised inventory and client details emailed to your business. It is $49/month on its own, or $39/month as an add-on to Business, with 10 million AI credits each paid month and the option to buy more. AI helps turn submitted room photos and videos into an inventory for your team to review. Check the items and estimated volume before preparing the quote. Your team controls the rates and final price. Business supports manual inventory without the AI add-on.
How many AI scans can I complete each month?
Standalone AI Scan and the Business AI add-on each include 10 million AI credits per paid month. Your 2-week free trial includes 2 million credits. Credits measure AI usage; they are not a fixed number of quotes. Usage varies with the photos, rooms and inventory being analysed, including repeat scans.
Included monthly credits reset each month and do not roll over. An AI Boost adds 10 million credits for $29 including GST, valid for 12 months.
Who reviews the inventory and approves the quote?
Your team reviews the submitted inventory and makes corrections before quoting. AI assists with inventory preparation; it does not replace your review or set the final price for your customer.
Will Remlu work on mobile?
Yes. The platform is being designed so office teams and crews can access the information they need from the devices they already use in the field.

Will Remlu support storage management?
Containerised storage management is planned for a future release. It won’t be available in version one.
